Lectures by professors from Greece at the University of Adam

During the period of September 16-18, 2019 at the Adam University took place a series of lectures of the professors from the Aristotle University, the city of Soloniki, Greece. The cycle of guest lectures were held in the frame of Erasmus + LMPT project “Development of Bachelor and Master Programs in Sustainable Tourism in Open Education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan” on the topic of Training needs in sustainable tourism. The audience commended each of the invited professors for the professionalism. After the lectures students of Tourism department showed the city’s places of interest.

Adam University with the support of the Ministry of education and science, Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the ERASMUS+ project of the European Union held a scientific and practical conference "Promotion of quality culture in higher education in Kyrgyzstan: search for effective practices".

Adam University with the support of the Ministry of education and science, Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the ERASMUS+ project " development of bachelor's and master's programmes in sustainable tourism in open education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan (LMPT)" of the European Union held a scientific and practical conference "Promotion of quality culture in higher education in Kyrgyzstan: search for effective practices". The conference were attended by the Minister of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kudaiberdieva G., representatives of the Ministry and agencies, donor organizations (Delegations of the European Union in the Kyrgyz Republic, Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Erasmus+ national office in the Kyrgyz Republic, Soros-Kyrgyzstan Foundation, etc.), representatives of more than 20 higher education institutions, 4 independent accreditation agencies, colleges, secondary schools, associations of students and employers, national and international experts. At the conference discussed topical issues related to the quality of education:

  1. The role and place of independent accreditation in the quality assurance system of higher education in the Kyrgyz Republic Discussion questions:

    • development of regulatory documents on quality assurance of education in educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic;
    • accreditation of double degree educational programs;
    • role of ratings in improving the quality of education of educational institutions, etc.
  2. Experience of independent accreditation: view of accreditation agencies Discussion questions:

    • the role of independent accreditation agencies in the development of the national system of education quality assurance;
    • selection procedures and training of experts for independent accreditation;
    • discussion of best practices for the selection of experts for independent accreditation;
    • the relationship of the licensing and accreditation requirements;
  3. The role and place of state accreditation of educational institutions of secondary education in the Kyrgyz Republic Discussion questions:

    • development of the legal framework for accreditation of educational institutions of secondary education;
    • procedure, requirements and procedures for accreditation of educational institutions of secondary education;
    • methodological and organizational aspects of external evaluation and accreditation in secondary education.

Iformation day of Erasmus+ programme

The head of the educational Department of ADAM University, Suerkulova N.T, held the information day of Erasmus+ programme introduced the project "Development of bachelor's and master's programmes in sustainable tourism in open education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan (LMPT)" as the model of project management and how best practice of universities of Kyrgyzstan in Erasmus+ (�BHE and ICM).

Dissemination coference

Date: November 13, 2018

Adam University, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, held in Hyatt Regency Bishkek a scientific and practical conference "Developing skills for a changing world: regional and national qualification systems in the focus of change." The purpose of the conference was

  • analysis of the best European practices for the development of new skills of young people in order to create a sustainable and inclusive society;
  • recognition of qualifications and academic and labor mobility, recognition of qualifications and migration processes;
  • expanding access to lifelong education: the practice of recognizing formal, non-formal and informal education;
  • career of young people: social personal and professional competencies.

The conference was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Agency for Promotion and Protection of Investments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, skills development, employers �associations, higher education institutions, primary and secondary vocational schools, experts from the European Union, the International Labor Organization, International Cooperation, the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank, etc. The conference consisted of 3 sessions and each session was interesting, relevant and creative. Sakkaraeva, Project Manager �Open Data in Education and Health Care�, M. Bashirova, Coordinator on the basis of competences, Department for the Implementation of the Program �Skills for Inclusive Growth� (ADB); N. Akylbekova, Head of Management and Tourism Program, Adam University, ERASMUS + Project Expert �Development of Bachelor and Master Programs in Sustainable Tourism in Open Education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan (LMPT) ". Within the framework of the conference, after each session, there was a lively exchange of views during panel discussions on the development of sectoral qualifications frameworks, the development of digital skills, and sectoral research in the field of tourism, in the NPO system.

The Erasmus + LMPT project "Curriculum for Bachelor and Masters in Tourism Development in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan" was held at� Adam University/ BAFE with the National Coordinator of the ERASMUS + office in Kyrgyzstan, Ms. Gulnara Chokusheva. The working groups of the universities project of Kyrgyzstan: ADAM University, Kyrgyz Economic University M. Ryskulbekov and Issyk-Kul state University. K. Tynystanov. took part in the monitoring. Partner universities presented the results of the project. Round table

At ADAM University/BAFE was held a round table on the theme: "the Role of innovative educational programs in the development of higher education in the field of sustainable tourism development". The purpose of the round table is to promote the current results of the ERASMUS+ project "Development of bachelor's and master's programs in sustainable tourism in open education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan (LMPT)", as well as to discuss the features of the formation of two - level educational programs based on the competence approach in the field of sustainable The round table discussed approaches to the development of double-diploma educational programs, procedures for recognition of learning results, organization of the educational process, etc. The round table was attended by Advisor of the Minister of education and science of KR, Marchenko L. Scientific-methodical seminar

The head of the "Management and tourism" program of ADAM University/BAFE Akylbekova N. and a senior teacher. Neevina E. A. held a scientific-methodical seminar for the teaching staff and professors. Celebration of world Tourism Day

Today, on 27 September 2017 at ADAM University was held the guest lecture. The lecture delivered by the Professor of the Department of tourism of South-West University Neofit-Rylski (Bulgaria) Preslav Dimitrov on the theme �Sustainable development of tourism in Bulgaria� � prof Nikolay Marin �International legal aspects of the sustainable development in tourism� � Prof. discussed the problems of sustainable tourism development of these types of wine tourism, recreational tourism, mountain tourism, medical tourism, alcohol tourism, etc. The event dedicated to the celebration of world Tourism Day, held in the framework of the project ERASMUS + LMPT "Development of undergraduate and graduate programs for sustainable tourism in the open education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan." In the end, our guests gave the collection of books on tourism and wished great success for our students. Working meeting

A working meeting was held at ADAM University / BAFE on ERASMUS + LMPT Project number 573897-EPP-1-2016-1-BG-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP "Professional Bachelor in Open and Distance Learning for the Development of Sustainable Tourism in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan "(" Development of Bachelor and Master Programs in Sustainable Tourism in Open Education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan "). The coordinator from the Academy of Grenoble (France), Ms. Anne Delaballe, discussed with the working groups of the partner universities the goals, objectives and planned activities of the project for the next academic year, and also held the first introductory meeting with the teachers who will participate in the development of new training courses on sustainable tourism.
