Yurukov signed a cooperation agreement where students of the ADAM University will be awarded with 2 diplomas, the ADAM University and South-West University of Neofiltt Rilski. The meeting was held in the frame of ERASMUS + project LMPT project.

The meeting of Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Mrs. Gulmira Kudaiberdieva and rector of the ADAM University Svetlana Sirmbard with the Minister of Education of Republic of Bulgaria Mr. Krasimir Valchev took place on July 22-25 of 2019 in Sofia, Bulgaria.During the visit, within the framework of the LMPT project of the ERASMUS +program, an agreement was signed on joint implementation of bachelor and master programs in the specialty of “Sustainable Tourism Development” between ADAM University and South-West University of Neofiltt Rilski, Bulgaria, the university that coordinates this project.

The Center for Excellence and Resources opened at the ADAM University

The Center for Excellence and Resources opened at the ADAM University, Center includes a conference room and a classroom, as part of the Erasmus + curriculum for the Bachelor and Masters Program in Tourism Development in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan (LMPT). The honorary right to cut the traditional ribbon of the opening of the new Center was given to the Rector of the University ADAM S.R. Sirmbard and LMPT project coordinator - Preslav Dimitrov. The National Coordinator of the Erasmus + program in Kyrgyzstan Gulnara Chokusheva, the general coordinator (France) Jean Noel Pasha, representatives of the European universities-partners of the project, attended the opening as well as the working group of the project of the ADAM University.

Discussion of the project's working group

On March 20, 2018, a working meeting was held at the ADAM University / BAFE on ERASMUS + LMPT Project №573897-EPP-1-2016-1-BG-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP "Professional Bachelor in open and distance learning for the development of sustainable tourism in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan "with the participation of the project coordinator Jean Noel Pachoud, the director of the GIP FIPAG academy in Grenoble (France), Michel Brosse, as well as with representatives of partners from Kyrgyzstan: ADAM University, IKSU after K.Tynystanov and KEU named after. M. Ryskulbekov, Silk Road Tourism Association of the Kyrgyz Republic and the tourist company RuVenTour. At the meeting, the project's working group discussed training programs, financial issues, as well as educational training, attended by the faculty of the ADAM University, IKSU, KEU at the University of Aristotle (Greece) and further plans for the implementation of the project's tasks.

December 18-19, 2017 at ADAM University/BAFE was held working meetings in the framework of the ERASMUS+ LMPT "Development of undergraduate and graduate programs on sustainable tourism in the open education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan" with the participation of partners from Kyrgyzstan: Issyk-Kul State University named after K. Tynystanov, Kyrgyz Economic University named after M. Ryskulbekov, the Association of tourism of the Silk Road of KR, Student organization “AIESEC Kyrgyzstan” and travel company “RuVenTour”. At the meeting, the project team discussed the modernization of educational programs on sustainable tourism in accordance with the results of surveys of employers of tourism and recommendations of experts from EU universities, the program of the upcoming training for the faculty of Aristotle University (Greece) and further plans for implementation of the objectives of the project. The rector of ADAM University/BAFE, a national expert on the reform of the higher education system in the Kyrgyz Republic, Assoc. Prof., Sirmbard S. R. and Finance Manager of the project, Kutanov A. T. shared information received during the training on project management, which was held in the Academy of Grenoble concerning the requirements of EACEA to filling of financial reports projects of the ERASMUS+ Programme and the preparation of related documentation.

From October 23 to 28, 2017, the rector of ADAM University , the National Expert on reforming the system of higher education in the Kyrgyz Republic, Assoc. Sirmbard S.R. and the head of international department Maslova LI. with a working visit organized in the framework of ERASMUS + LMPT project " Professional Bachelor in open and distance learning for the development of sustainable tourism in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan " are located at the University of Aristotle, Thessaloniki, Greece. The program of the visit includes a number of meetings with representatives of the University's administration, program managers, units, the project's working group and partner organizations (TCB-TIF HELEXPO, AIESEC) to develop recommendations for the further implementation of the project and the development of sustainable tourism in the region.

From 26 to 29 September 2017 at ADAM University/BAFE passed a working meeting of project partners ERASMUS+ LMPT "Development of undergraduate and graduate programs on sustainable tourism in the open education in China, Vietnam and Kyrgyzstan." Together with the project coordinator, the Dean of economic faculty, head of the Department "Tourism", Assoc. Prof. Preslav Dimitrov, his colleagues from the South West University, Bulgaria and Prof. Stella Kostopoulou from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), representatives of the business sector of KR, representatives of the Association of tourism "Silk Road" and the international student of AIESEC, teaching staff of our University worked on the analysis of the survey of the tourism business sector and the development of competencies for educational programs on sustainable tourism in universities of KR.

On April 3, 2017 in Lyon (France) started the first coordination meeting on the project LMPT “Development of undergraduate and graduate programs in the field of sustainable tourism in public education.” Representatives of the University-promoter (South-West University “Neofit Rilski”, Bulgaria) and University-coordinator (GIP FIPAG, University of Grenoble, France) introduced the participating institutions from Kyrgyzstan, Vietnam and China with the aims, objectives and activities of the new 3-year project funded by the European Agency for education, culture and audiovisual. Tomorrow, April 4, 2017 will be done presentations of each school-participant of the project consortium. From 5th to 7th of April 2017, the program of the meeting workshop is planned to discuss issues related to education in the field of sustainable tourism, the degree of implementation of Bologna process principles in each of the participating countries and other issues.
